  • Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the corporate targets and expected result
  • Oversee implementation of business operations to facilitate achievement of corporate goals by planning cost-effective operations and marketing activities

  • Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business partners
  • Master Degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in financial and banking, emphasized on factoring business at top management level of Bank or Financial Institutes
  • Proven experience as Managing Director or CEO or High-Rank Officer and Strong Leadership skills in developing strategic and business planning
  • Well understanding of the Business and Markets of Factoring, Credit, Loan, Banking, and Financial RM processes.
  • Excellent in Organizational Leadership and skills in Communication, Performance Management, Strategic Thinking, and Team Building.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving and decision making
  • Good command of English both written and spoken and computer literacy
  • Familiarity with law and regulations in related to Listed Company and SET & SEC regulatory compliance.

  • Ensure the timely reporting of the consolidation account and separate account of company’s financial information on monthly, quarterly and year end close Comply with SET, SEC, Revenue Department and Management Team.
  • Supports budget and forecasting activities.
  • Collaborates with the other department to support overall department goals and objectives.

  • Having audit background or CPA would be an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge about the listed company under Securities and Exchange Act and the regulations related.
  • Good communication skills in English and good computer literacy.
  • Team management, Leadership, problem solving and analytical skill.

  • Coordinate with SET & SEC in submission of application and documents during the process of Fund & Asset Management company’s start-up and acquiring license
  • Giving advice to Business Unit on SET & SEC regulations related to Private Fund and Asset Management

  • Work Experience with Fund Manager in Asset Management company will be a plus
  • Good knowledge and understanding the rules and regulation of SET & SEC in related to Private & Mutual Fund, and Asset Management
  • Good command of English and coordination skill.

  • Organizing the Board of Directors and Shareholders Meeting and preparing materials and necessary arrangement for the meetings
  • Preparing documents and reports in Thai and English, as well as maintaining records as required by SET and SEC
